Some Video of our Speed training/ Conditioning from Friday. First video is some ladder work to get loose. The second video is a combination of the rest of the workout. Starts with a shuffle hurdle series done for a min as fast as possible. Then we went on to a pro agility cone workout 3 times through using the hot spots to time how fast we went. Third in the video is another hot spot timed exercise. A combined shuffle out sprint back sprint out to third spot. At the end of the video is some sled pulls full court, done 6 times each.

More Winter work (Lift Day 3 and Vertimax)
Tried to get as much of the workout as I could filmed its not the whole thing but gives a little insight to what we do on our day 3 lift of the week.
After the lift we hopped on the vertimax to finish off our workout for the day:
Like I said this is just some of what we do, keep checking back for videos and pictures of what other work is being put in this preseason. I post the videos as soon as I have them ready and I try to get something everyday so there should be plenty to keep track of as we are always doing something to get ourselves better for the season.

Looking back at 2010
What better to do than to look back on 2010 in order to better understand where we are headed in '11.
Here is a video of us clinching our conference championship last year:
Long Story Short. . .We went on to the Myrtle Beach regional after this video hosted by the top seed Coastal Carolina. During this regional we won our first regional game in school history beating NC State. Eventually we were knocked out by the host Coastal Carolina.
We aim higher this season as we hope not only to win one game in the regional but to make it past, and into a Super Regional and even to Omaha.
We have a great squad this season and I can't wait to see what this year has to offer.

Welcome to my blog! I decided to create this because I wanted to chronicle our journey from preseason to postseason. This blog will be a combination of videos, photos and sometimes just text. I will try to post as often as possible and hopefully it is worth your while as you track our progress from the weightroom through the entire season hopefully ending in Omaha.
